The following prices are for villa rental, including the cost of all utilities used, regardless of whether your party
is 2 or 6 people in number.
Weekly US$800 - 1000* [dependant upon season and duration of rental period. Minimum rental period is 2 weeks]
Favourable longer term rental rates by negotiation- contact us to discuss exceptional deals for bookings of 10-12 weeks in the winter season of 2011
- *All vacation rentals are subject to Florida State and County taxes of 12% in addition to the above rates. These taxes are liable to change and are outside our control.
A $500 security deposit will be requested and held against loss or damage.
A cleaning fee of $95.oo will be charged on rentals of less than 3 weeks
