About the House
The house is a detached property with it's own pretty garden facing south/west to catch the sun. It has views on to a golf course in the popular Rotonda West community.
Fully centrally air conditioned there is also heating for the chillier winter months and ceiling fans in all rooms and on the lanaii.
It sleeps six comfortably, with 3 bedrooms [2 doubles with queen size beds and one twin bedded room] and two bathrooms.
Flooring consists of ceramic tile and Berber carpet.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with twin marble vanities, a marble Roman bathtub and a walk in shower. It has a satellite connected TV. There is direct access from the Master bedroom to the pool deck via a large sliding patio window.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share the second bathroom which has full bath, shower, marble vanity and WC. This bathroom also has an additional door to the pool deck;
Large walk in closets are in all bedrooms.
The private, solar heated pool is protected by insect netting and surrounded by a large sundeck with a covered lanaii area which contains a barbeque,ceiling fan, patio table, chairs and sun loungers. A wonderful place to spend your day and enjoy breakfast, lunch, sundowners and your evening meal!
The spacious main open plan living area is divided into sitting area, dining area and kitchen and it has large sliding doors onto the lanaii and pool deck. Furnished in pale tones with a high cathedral ceiling, it offers a cool refuge from the hot sun and is equipped with Satellite TV, DVD, Video, CD & Radio.
